Statement from EMF
EMF the band regrets to announce that they will no longer be able to play any live shows for the foreseeable future. Band members work commitments outside EMF have made it impossible for them to find the time to commit to an adequate live schedule. This comes as a great disappointment to the band as there is nothing that the guys like better than playing live but it has proved impossible to find the time to give their live shows the care and attention that EMF have always prided themselves on.
EMF would like to apologise to any fans that were hoping to see them live during 2009.

CAMDEN ROCKS 2009
1 day * 5 Venues * 35 Ground Breaking Artists * Bands & DJ's
On Saturday June 6th 2009 something new will start. A one day party/festival in Camden Town.
5 carefully handpicked venues will play host to amazing ground breaking artists.
Over 35 bands and DJ's will perform a one day 'lets have it' party in support of "The Teenage Cancer Trust"
London's Hottest Club Nights "Smash and Grab" "Cherry Cola" and "Shit The Bed" are all on board too.
Ticket price for the event is 20pounds which gives everyone the opportunity to go see their favourite artists.

Award for Ian?
Ian has been nominated for a prestigious Golden Globe award for his songwriting work on Beyonce's song, "Once In A Lifetime" (Best Original Song - Motion Picture).
The song was featured in the movie Cadillac Records.
It was co-written by Amanda Ghost.
The awards ceremony will be broadcast live on Sunday, January 11, 2009 from 8-11 PM (EST) from The Beverly Hilton on NBC.
